Artos® Faucet Limited Lifetime Warranty (United States & Canada)

This Limited Warranty is issued by Westover, Inc. (“Artos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to Artos-branded faucets purchased from authorized sellers in the United States or Canada.

1. Warranty Commencement, Eligibility & Transferability

This Warranty becomes operational on the date of sale, as evidenced by your proof of purchase.

It applies only to the original consumer purchaser who owns and resides in the home where the product was originally installed.

This Warranty is non-transferable to any subsequent owner or possessor of the product.

Notwithstanding the above, electronic components are warranted for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage (Residential Use)

Subject to the terms and exclusions below, Artos warrants that its faucets will be free from leaks and defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns and resides in the home.

This warranty includes:

• Faucet functionality, including leaks and drips
• Cartridges, valves, and other internal working components
• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

Electronic components, if applicable, are warranted for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

3. Finish Coverage

Unless otherwise specified, faucet finishes are warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for five (5) years from the date of purchase.

4. Commercial / Non-Residential Use

For products installed in commercial, hospitality, multi-family, or rental applications, the warranty period is:

• Mechanical and functional components: five (5) years
• Finishes: one (1) year

Coverage applies only to defects in materials and workmanship.

5. What Artos Will Do

If a product or component is found to be defective under this Warranty, Artos will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair or replace the defective part or product; or
• Replace it with a comparable product if the original is unavailable; or
• Provide a refund or credit not exceeding the original purchase price.

Artos will cover standard shipping costs for warranty-approved claims.

Replacement products or parts assume the remaining term of the original warranty or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

6. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

• Improper installation, maintenance, or use not in accordance with Artos instructions or applicable plumbing codes
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Damage from hard water, mineral buildup, or environmental conditions
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear and aging of finishes
• Use outside the intended residential application
• Labor costs, including installation, removal, or reinstallation
• Incidental or consequential damages, where permitted by law
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

• Proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos, video, and/or return of product for inspection

All claims are subject to inspection and verification by Artos to determine warranty eligibility.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Artos’ liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
• Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the extent permitted by law.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages; therefore, these limitations may not apply.

9. Governing Law & Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or territory.

10. Effective Date

This warranty applies to products purchased on or after July 1, 2021.

Heated Towel Rails Limited Warranty

Artos Heated Towel Rails are covered under the following terms for the original purchaser:

• Heating elements and electrical components: one (1) year
• Finishes: five (5) years for defects in finish

All other terms, exclusions, and limitations above apply.
