Great and prompt customer support & service

I needed a replacement cartridge for my Artos shower ****. I contacted the manufacturer/ supplier in Omaha and received the best guidance and support from the office person I spoke with. I placed the order in the system within minutes I got a call back from the same office lady who previously helped me identify the correct model. She remembered that I told her the finish was chrome; but I made a mistake when I chose the finish when I placed the order online. I really appreciated the high touch customer care and follow up from her. She immediately called me and corrected my order. Within one business day I got my order via FedEx. My plumber was able to install and I’m happy with the quality and the recommended replacement. Sorry I don’t remember the lady’s name who assisted me but she did an exceptional job. Thank you Artos.
