Helpful Customer Support and a perfect fit

Artos Customer Support helped me both identify an older one of their valves and sourced this replacement cartridge for it. They also stepped up after the shipper misdelivered my package. Artos made sure I had a replacement within two days. Excellent customer support. This cartridge fits my valve and mixing controller perfectly and functions as an original.
